Salesforce.com to acquire Radian6
On March 30, 2011, Salesforce.com (NYSE:CRM) signed a definitive agreement to acquire Radian6 for $276 million in cash plus $50 million in stock. As one of its stockholders, the NBIF was supportive of the deal, which will close sometime before the end of July, 2011.
