Autopulse would use Breakthru cash to expand market share

What started as a casual conversation between Sam Jesso and his father Reg Jesso about new technologies for the automotive industry, turned into a viable business model that could be worth a lot of money.

Jesso, along with co-founder Kristin Killam, run Autopulse, a business that designs software allowing dealerships to monitor their customers’ cars at all times.

Autopulse is one of four Fredericton-based finalists in the New Brunswick Innovation Foundation’s Breakthru competition. The fifth company nominated is based in Saint John.

The competition’s top three finalists, who will be announced March 19, will split a prize pot worth $750,000.
