We are pleased to announce the appointment of Daniel Clarke to NBIF’s Board of Directors.

Dan is the Co-Founder of Tidal CFO, where he supports growth-stage companies and nonprofits as a hands-on fractional CFO. A CPA with a strong track record across public accounting, financial services, and operational leadership, Dan brings deep financial expertise and practical insight.

His experience will help guide NBIF as we continue to strategically invest in the creation and scaling of New Brunswick tech companies.  Please join us in welcoming Dan to the NBIF Board of Directors.
