New Brunswick Innovation Foundation
NBIF is proud to invest $500,000 in MedReddie as part of a $1.55 million equity round, joining forces with MaRS Investment Accelerator Fund (IAF), BDC Thrive Lab, and several strategic angel investors. This brings MedReddie’s total new capital raised to $2 million, positioning the company for accelerated growth and expanded impact.
Transforming Healthcare Sourcing with AI
Founded by international procurement expert Kara LeBlanc, MedReddie is revolutionizing how hospitals and group purchasing organizations evaluate and acquire vital medical technologies. Their proprietary AI-powered platform streamlines the procurement process, enabling teams to make evidence-based decisions with greater speed and clarity. As hospitals face ever-increasing costs, supply chain uncertainties, and mounting pressure to assess technologies rapidly, MedReddie’s solution is more important than ever.
MedReddie’s AI agent automates the creation of updated RFx requirements, value analysis criteria, and market intelligence. This empowers healthcare organizations to implement value-based procurement at scale, ensuring purchasing decisions are not only faster but focused on delivering real patient outcomes.
